Your tasks

Independently preparing annual financial statements, including ensuring accurate, complete, and timely accounting
Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks, including necessary account reconciliations
Processing complex business transactions in general ledger accounting and evaluating complex accounting issues
Taking into account group-wide accounting requirements and providing relevant financial information for group reporting
Coordinating accounting and financial statement-related matters with internal and international contacts
Preparing audit-related documentation and facilitating collaboration with auditors and tax advisors
Further developing existing accounting and financial statement processes to improve efficiency and data quality

Your profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on financial accounting, or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, and the independent preparation of annual financial statements
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and confidence in assessing complex accounting issues
Experience in consolidated financial reporting and an understanding of group-wide accounting processes as well as international corporate structures
Experience in international collaboration and an understanding of cross-border coordination processes
Strong numerical aptitude, analytical skills, and a meticulous, structured approach to work
A strong sense of responsibility and an independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
Very good German skills and good written and spoken English skills are required
